Yesterday Jim W Hildreth Mediator was involved in a 5+ hour real estate mediation, between 3 parties a buyer, an agent and a contractor and two skilled attorneys. I'm pleased that dispute was settled and it was days before a major jury trial. Hats off to the parties and mediation was a value in this conflict. Each party was a winner.
